Why we like it:

We admit it, we are addicted to productivity tools - especially lists.  Paper or electronic, all-inclusive or segmented, we try them all.  So naturally when we saw the title we had to read it.  What we especially liked is the reminder of the things that bog us down and should not be on the list.

Why we like it:

Setbacks are a part of life and business.  Sometimes we forget to take a moment to laugh at ourselves, the situation or just because.  Setbacks will happen.  Acknowledge them, overcome them and move forward.

Why we like it:

Here, here!  We don't ask for discovery, we do it anyway.  We treat each interaction as a chance to learn something new about the client, site visitors, decision makers, and goals.  The client always has final say, but we look for ways to improve the user experience every chance we get.  I guess you could say without explicitly knowing it we've been following the Internal Validation Model.
